Privacy policy

The conference is organised by the Students’ Scientific Society of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU SMD). This page explains what the submission system and this website keep about you.

What we keep

• Your account: name, e-mail and, if you sign in with smd.lt, whether you are an LSMU SMD member.

• Your abstracts, their authors and affiliations, review scores and decisions.

• Tickets: your name, e-mail, phone, organisation and invoice details, the tickets you ordered and your badge code for the registration desk.

• Payments: amount, status and the payment provider’s reference — card and bank details stay with the payment provider.

• Files you upload, such as the conflict-of-interest form.

Why

To review abstracts, run the conference programme, issue tickets, invoices and certificates, register you at the venue and publish accepted abstracts in the abstract book.

Who else handles it

Montonio processes payments; e-mails are sent through Microsoft 365 from info@ihsc.eu. Invoices and payment records are kept for 10 years, as Lithuanian accounting law requires.

Your rights

Write to info@ihsc.eu to see, correct or delete your data. Data needed for accounting or the published abstract book is kept as the law requires.
