No, the conference is held on site at Kaunas. If you need a visa to enter Lithuania, please contact info@smd.lt.
Submitter is responsible for the quality of the abstract. So if your abstract is rejected after secondary review, we will not refund money for abstract submission. However, you can still paticipate as a passive participant for free.
LSMU SMD members must register through the LSMU SMD SSO system using the same login credentials as for the smd.lt website. If you log in through other systems, the discount will not be applied.
You will be able to edit your abstract or add missing co-authors during the correction phase after first review.
Abstracts can be submitted by university students pursuing bachelor‘s or master‘s degree.
The submitter has to designate a presenter at the time of submitting presentation. The designated presenter will be considered an active participant responsible for delivering the presentation.
