Fees

For LSMU SMD members*, the submission fee for the first abstract is 20 EUR (this price applies only if the submitter is an LSMU SMD member), and for non-members – 35 EUR.  

When submitting more than one abstract, a fee of 35 EUR is charged for each additional abstract (including LSMU SMD members).  

Passive participants who wish to receive a welcome pack and certificate of attendance must pay a 5 EUR fee.  

Additionally, both active and passive participants will be required to pay a 0 – 10 EUR fee per  workshop. Participation fees are non-refundable. 

All submitters whose abstracts are rejected by the Reviewers are welcome to attend as passive participants at no additional cost. 

 *Those who have already paid the LSMU SMD fee for the 2025-2026 academic year.  

E.g. if you are an active participant (presenter) and would like to attend 1 workshop, you need to pay 20 EUR as submission fee, when submitting abstract, and 5 EUR for 1 workshop. If you are a passive participant and would like to attend 2 workshops, you must pay 5 EUR for passive participation and 10 EUR for 2 workshops.

*Despite the number of abstracts submitted, only one welcome pack belongs to each presenter.

Payments are accepted only through the submission system. We do not accept bank transfers or other payment methods.
